Define the design language for the entire platform — from the marketing site to the smallest empty state. You will set the standards for data visualization, editorial hierarchy, and motion, and work directly with the founders on the product’s most visible surfaces.

Own the design system end to end — marketing site, admin console, and the client report. Define the visual language, data-visualization standards, and interaction patterns for a platform whose core job is making evidence legible.
Build the client report experience: server-rendered dashboards, lightweight SVG visualizations, and interaction layers with strict performance and accessibility budgets.
Own the measurement core: grounded search execution, classification pipelines with deterministic and model-based stages, disagreement handling, and the versioned scoring system.
Lead enterprise sales for agencies and brand teams: discovery, evaluation management, procurement, and expansion. Work directly with the founders on positioning and packaging.
